We will inform you about the next steps no later than the next working day.<\/p>\n<p>The time it takes to resolve your complaint depends on the subject of the complaint. We will resolve less problematic issues within a few hours or days (within 5 working days at the latest). Resolving events resulting in damage to health or property that require investigative reports from the police or medical facilities usually take longer.
