We’re improving the expressway – thank you for your patience

Starting April 22, 2025, the Concessionaire will carry out a series of partial closures on the R1 expressway related to major road surface maintenance. This work is authorized by the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic, Road Transport and Road Infrastructure Section, permit no. 12933/2025/SCDPK/31161 dated April 11, 2025, as well as based on the opinion of the Regional Traffic Inspectorate of the Regional Police Directorate in Nitra (hereinafter referred to as “KDI KR PZ”), document no. KRPZ-NR-KDI2-3-001/2025-ING dated April 9, 2025.

The overall partial closure of the R1 from km 40.900 to km 78.300, in the left direction of stationing (hereinafter referred to as “DaR”), will take place according to the submitted schedule from April 22, 2025 (Tuesday) to September 22, 2025 (Monday).
