Via Pribina Operations, a.s. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data. Protecting the privacy of our visitors and partners is important to us. This document informs you about the methods, purposes and legal bases for processing personal data, as well as your rights.

We process personal data for various purposes, such as registration of event attendees, bookkeeping, network security, recording correspondence, exercising the rights of data subjects, fulfilling contracts, insurance and monitoring of premises. The legal bases include a legitimate interest, a legal obligation, a contractual relationship or the explicit consent of the data subject.
We process common personal data (name, surname, contact details, signature, contract numbers, photographs, etc.). We only process sensitive data (e.g. medical data) in cases provided for by law and on the basis of exceptions under the GDPR.
We only retain personal data for as long as is necessary in accordance with the records management plan, statutory time limits or until consent is withdrawn. After this period, we will securely delete the data.
We may disclose data to our contractual partners (IT support, HSE, accounting), state authorities (e.g. social security, health insurance companies) and the VINCI Group, as well as to other recipients on the basis of consent or a legal obligation.
We may only transfer personal data to countries outside the EU if the legal conditions are met, including appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the explicit consent of the data subject.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. You can withdraw your consent to processing at any time.
You can exercise your rights electronically, in writing or in person. The controller is entitled to verify your identity and respond within 1 month. In case of abuse of rights, the request may be refused or charged a fee.
Your data is not subject to profiling or automated decision-making.
