Reporting of anti-social activities

Via Pribina Operations, a.s. has established a system for receiving and verifying notifications of anti-social activities in accordance with Act No. 54/2019 Coll. on the protection of whistleblowers. Each notification is assessed with regard to anonymity, legality and thoroughness of verification.

Any natural person who, in the context of an employment or similar relationship, has become aware of an act which:

– has the characteristics of a criminal offence, misdemeanour or other administrative offence; or
– may adversely affect the company, even if it is not a violation of the law.

Notification can be made by:

– Electronically: by email to: whistleblower@viapribinaoperations.sk
– In writing: to the following address

– In person: by appointment at the office of the person responsible on weekdays from 8:30 to 14:30

Anonymous communications are also accepted and screened.

We guarantee the protection of the identity of the whistleblower. Information will not be shared with any person in the company without their consent. The whistleblower is protected from any retaliation.

We recommend to state:

– the name and contact details of the whistleblower (in the case of a non-anonymous notification),
– details of the person to whom the notification relates,
– a description of the act and how the whistleblower became aware of it.

The notifier will be informed of the receipt of the notification within 7 days. The results of the examination and any measures taken will be communicated within 90 days. The notification may be:

– handled directly by the company,
– forwarded to the competent authorities,
– Rejected (e.g. if the act has not occurred or is not an anti-social activity).

In the event of suspected retaliation, the whistleblower may apply to the Whistleblower Protection Office for a temporary suspension of the legal effects of the employment action.

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of verifying the notification and is stored for 3 years in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. 183001 of 25.05.2018.
